Anti-BDS laws neither restrict speech nor compel anyone to BUY anything. If you don’t like Jewish-designed products, by all means don’t buy them. We aren’t pressed.

Separately, anti-BDS laws mostly involve how state pension funds invest their money and how state purchases are made. Nothing restricts you, as a person, from doing anything you want, purchase wise.
